- All our products are fully refurbished in our own workshop by trained, experienced engineers.
- All worn/damaged parts are replaced where necessary.
- Our printers, document scanners and accessories are repaired and fully refurbished – they function in exactly the same way as the brand new OEM product.
- Quality Control – we thoroughly test all products once they have been refurbished. We test all paper paths and duplex (where applicable) to ensure that it has been correctly refurbished prior to shipment.
- We supply all refurbished laser printers and document scanners with good part used consumables (where applicable). We also include power lead and USB or Ethernet/network connection cable – please specify which you require when ordering.
- Because the equipment we refurbish comes to us as ex-demo, end of lease or used from an office environment, some units may have minor cosmetic defects. This is to be expected of used IT equipment, but we ensure that this does not affect the functionality in any way. And it’s a great way to save money on the original RRP !
