Our warranty does not cover the following:

1. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
2. Unauthorised modifications or repairs performed by third parties.
3. Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage.
4. Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or acts of God.
5. Consumable items such as printheads, ink cartridges, or toner cartridges.

Please note that our warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase may be required to initiate a warranty claim.
